Directions

Day 1 and every 7th day thereafter: Activate mouthwash by mixing CD1 and CD2 together. Set aside for 5 minutes. Brush teeth and floss as usual. Use tongue cleaner (provided). Rinse with activated mouthwash (provided). Expel. Do not swallow. Slowly let a Blis K12 lozenge dissolve on your tongue. Over the next six hours take a further three Blis K12 lozenges, each one at around 2 hour intervals. All other days: In the morning clean teeth, clean tongue and take one lozenge. Always brush teeth and floss in the mornings and at night.
