Online Pharmacy NZ’s Loyalty Programme

Background

Larson’s Pharmacy T/A Online Pharmacy NZ invites Customers to join the Online Pharmacy NZ Loyalty Programme.

Customers in the Online Pharmacy NZ Loyalty Programme will receive Online Pharmacy NZ’s Loyalty Points and Customers can use these Points to buy products from the Online Pharmacy NZ pharmacy or website.

Introduction

Online Pharmacy NZ’s Loyalty Programme will be under the name ‘Online Pharmacy NZ’s Loyalty Community’.

These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the Online Pharmacy NZ’s Loyalty Community. The intention of these Terms and Conditions is to protect Larson’s Pharmacy T/A the Online Pharmacy NZ and the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to read and understand them.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication (25/11/2013) and may be subject to amendment from time to time.

Every Customer in the Online Pharmacy NZ Loyalty Community is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

“Loyalty Points” means the points attributed to the Customer for purchasing certain products from either the Online Pharmacy NZ’s Website or Pharmacy.

“Customer” means a person who buys from and is approved by Online Pharmacy NZ to participate in the Online Pharmacy NZ’s Loyalty Community.

“Qualifying Products,” means the products sold by Online Pharmacy NZ and from Online Pharmacy NZ’s Website that earn Loyalty Points.

“Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions incorporated in this agreement, which Online Pharmacy NZ may change at any time.

“Online Pharmacy NZ” means Larson’s Pharmacy T/A Online Pharmacy NZ that sells pharmacy products and is listed at www.onlinepharmacynz.co.nz, www.onlinepharmacynz.net.nz and www.larsonspharmacy.co.nz.

Eligibility

Online Pharmacy NZ at its sole discretion will determine which Customers may become a Participant in the Online Pharmacy NZ's Loyalty Community.

Customers may withdraw from the Online Pharmacy NZ’s Loyalty Community at any time. Withdrawal from the Online Pharmacy NZ’s Loyalty Community will means the Customer forfeits any accumulated Loyalty Points.

Online Pharmacy NZ at its sole discretion may determine what products may accumulate Loyalty Points for a Customer and the number of points to be accumulated.

Changes to the Online Pharmacy NZ’s Loyalty Programme

Online Pharmacy NZ reserves the right at all times, subject to applicable laws, to make any changes (whether material or otherwise) to Larson’s Loyalty Community, the Terms and Conditions, the allocation of Loyalty Points, the value of Loyalty Points, and redemption of Loyalty Points, including:

• Removal of any Customer from Online Pharmacy NZ’s Loyalty
  Community at any time without notice
• Changes to the amount of the Loyalty Points
• Changes to the Qualifying Products that contribute
  to Loyalty Points
• Changes to the timing of allocation of Loyalty Points
• Changes to the method of redemption of Loyalty Points
• Changes to the number of Loyalty Points apportioned
  to any Customer

Subject to applicable laws, Online Pharmacy NZ will:

• Not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any Customer as a result of Online Pharmacy NZ making such changes
