Returns Policy

Full Refund: Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging and accessories for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Warranty Policy

Should you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via of our contact link, to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the item.

We also provide a 1 year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.

Delivery Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct. We will not deliver to a Post Office Box or any address in which we deem suspicious.

We ship our goods using PostHaste and New Zealand Couriers for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Service for overseas deliveries.

All New Zealand orders under $100.00 occur a freight fee of $5.00. Orders over $100.00 are freight FREE.

International orders will be charged a NZ$15 Packaging and Freight charge for delivery by International Air Post (usually 7 – 10 day service). If the freight cost is more than NZ$15 then we will email you with the additional cost of postage to your overseas address and will not charge your credit card or send the goods until we obtain a confirmation from you.

Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Any personal information that is provided by the user of this website is retained by us for the purposes of contact and shipping only and will NOT be distributed to third parties.

Payment Policy

All Credit Card transactions are processed immediately with the Bank. The payment page is hosted by the bank and secured with 128 bit encryption.
