This delicious and convenient chocolate bar is one of six products in the Optifast range. It is nutritionally complete, ready to eat and has a low GI.  
One serve of Optifast Bars can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the Optifast VLCD range. (Milkshake, Soup, Dessert)
Each pack contains 6 bars.

Active Ingredients:

Indication(s) and Use(s):
Optifast VCLD Bars are convenient and ready to use. Replace all meals with three bars (70g each). Additionally, consume at least 2 litres of calorie free fluids and up to 2 cups of low starch vegetables per day. A programme of light exercise enhances the likelihood of success.

Dose:
To use: Optifast bars are convenient and ready to eat straight out of the box. One bar is equivalent to one meal on the Optifast program.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Precautions:
Take an additional 2 litres of calorie free fluid each day. Unsuitable for use by pregnant or lactating women, infants, children, adolescents or people older than 65 years of age. May contain traces of egg and/or nuts. Contains lactose and sodium saccharin. Gluten Free.
Optifast is recommended to be taken under the supervision of a healthcare professional. It is indicated for persons with BMI>30 or BMI<27 with medical complications associated with obesity such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure or non insulin dependent diabetes.

In some cases, possible adverse effects may include hypersensitivity reactions to ingredients in this product.
